Lighting Charge:               BDT 10,000 for Shopping Complex building including open terrace.

Parking Capacity:             150+

Outside Catering/Event Planner Allowed:          Only enlisted catering and event planners allowed

Time/Shift:         Two Shift are as follow:

  1. Day Shit- From 10:30 AM to 04:30 PM
  2. Evening/Night Shify- 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM

VAT Policy:         15% on catering only

Cancellation Policy:        80% refund if cancelled before 45 days
50% refund if cancelled within 44-30 days
20% refund if cancelled within 30-07 days
0% refund if cancelled before 7 days

Kitchen Charge for Unlisted Caterer:      BDT 40,000
